We are passionate about YOUR health! We firmly believe that there is an intricate connection between food and life success.
We know you are often hurried with job, family, and other responsibilities. Food tends to fall to the bottom of the list. Food is often seen as a necessity – something of substance just to keep you going instead of helping you to experience and enjoy life. Food can be a part of life enjoyment, in building relationships and memories, and being healthy for you all at the same time.
Not paying attention to food may cause you to lose experiences and lead to health problems. This affects your ability to engage in the very things that bring you excitement in life: family, school, career, community activities, sports, and a host of other endeavors.
If you have lost what food means and how it can benefit your life, or if you know you need to change your food habits but don’t know where to start, you have come to the right place. We have seen people’s lives change for the better as they emphasize principles that turn their attention to food in a healthy and motivating way that affects their whole life and livelihood.
Our mission is to provide information, resources, and examples to help you focus on food in healthier ways. We created Food Experience Unplugged to help bring back the excitement of food, and the nourishment and interaction that food can bring. We know that food is vital for your entire life experience. From your meeting in the board room, to cheering for your kids on the ball field. From serving in the community, to serving up great meals in your kitchen. We’re here to help you use food for life success.

We offer individualized coaching and group training to help you get started in creating positive food experiences. Some topics include making healthier food choices, creating the right food environment, building your culinary skills, interacting with food and becoming more comfortable in the kitchen, and setting food goals to help you move forward.
